MUST LOVE CUPCAKES AND PEOPLE! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are true team players and thrive in a FAST-paced work environment with a positive and supportive work culture. At Smallcakes, we genuinely enjoy coming to work every single day! We currently have openings for two important positions: baker and front counter team members. No prior baking experience is required — we provide all the training you’ll need to succeed! However, baking knowledge or formal experience is always a plus. Bake shifts typically run from 6:00 am to 12 pm, with bakers earning an average pay of $14 per hour plus tips. Front counter team members are responsible for greeting and interacting warmly with customers, carefully boxing their cupcakes, as well as re-baking and icing cupcakes when needed. Both roles involve quite a bit of cleaning to maintain our high standards. An outgoing and friendly personality is absolutely essential! Front counter shifts usually run from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with an average pay of $12 per hour plus tips. Opportunities available to work special events, pop-ups, and private parties! Help represent Smallcakes Summerville, serve treats, and create sweet moments for our customers.
